While I have a nice breakfast in the restaurant of my hotel, named: Benedict, which serves breakfast 24/7 my legs feel a bit tired of the 16k of yesterday.
I finished my second week of training, creating a streak.
Seth Godin has a great blog post about doing something every day:
Streaks are their own reward.
Streaks create internal pressure that keeps streaks going.
Streaks require commitment at first, but then the commitment turns into a practice, and the practice into a habit.
Habits are much easier to maintain than commitments.
Very true. Creating streaks helped me a lot in creating habits.
I also failed many streaks, for example, writing on this blog.
Let’s try again.
